As a kid I always felt something magical happen whenever I opened up a new box of crayons and coloring book... it was like unlocking the door to a secret world filled with adventure!
Hi, I’m Cordelia Staxx. I was born under the maple leaves of Canada and eventually made my way to Ohio at 29, where I took on the challenge of Curriculum Writer & Program Director for a K-6 After-School Program. If you think herding cats is difficult, try wrangling 50 kids at once! It was within those vibrant (and loud) walls the seeds for my books were sown. I became a devoted fan of activity and coloring books, (colouring, for you Canadians), forever enchanted by their charm.
Creating these books for you is a labor of love. I hope you enjoy the worlds within them as much as I enjoy creating them for you. This is a world where whimsy and wisdom 'dance like no one’s watching,' then boldly plant a kiss on the cheek of imagination — because no one is!
I live in Cincinnati with my incredible husband, and the fluffiest orange dog in the Midwest!
